Pricing

Q: How much does makeup cost and are false lashes included?

A: Makeup is $90.00 per person including either individual or strip false lashes. Half day and full day shoot packages are also available. Please email Beth if you require a quote.

Q: Can Beth travel to me?

A: Yes! Beth is a mobile makeup artist who services both Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula. When booking, please specify an address or suburb and Beth will quote you a travel fee for that location. Beth also has a peaceful home studio located at Mount Jagged if you would rather visit her.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Bookings can be paid either in cash, via card or via bank transfer.

Bridal Trials

Q: Do you recommend having a bridal makeup trial done?

A: Beth highly recommends having a bridal makeup trial done to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Trials provide the opportunity to chat through your makeup preferences, apply a makeup look and then work together to ensure every detail is perfect.

Q: When should I have my bridal makeup trial done?

A: It's up to you! Most brides book their hair and makeup trials on the same day - giving them an accurate idea of the "final look". Others choose to have the trial on the morning of their Hen's Day. Saturdays and Sundays book up quickly during wedding season, so be sure to get booked in early.

Q: How much are trials and can I come to you?

A: Trials are the same price as regular makeup ($90pp) and are generally held at Beth's home studio located at Mount Jagged. However, Beth is mobile and can travel to your location if required. Please email for a travel fee.

Preparing

Q: How do I prepare for my appointment?

A: Please ensure you arrive to your appointment with a clean face, free of any makeup residue. Beth recommends cleansing, toning and moisturising an hour prior to your appointment time. Drinking lots of water in the week prior to your booking is essential. The more hydrated your skin is, the better makeup products will apply to it.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Arriving to your appointment with a couple of inspiration images saved on your phone is best. Beth will discuss with you the style of makeup you are after before she begins the application. If there is a particular lipstick colour you prefer, please bring it along to the appointment.

Cancellations

Q: How do I cancel my makeup booking?

A: Cancellation of any booking must be communicated by email to bethoverallmua@outlook.com.

Q: What happens to my deposit if I cancel?

A: The deposit will be retained due to loss of other bookings caused by allocating your appointment. However, if you choose to reschedule, it will be transferred to your new appointment within a 6 month time frame.

Q: What happens if Beth needs to cancel the booking?
A: In unavoidable circumstances when Beth Overall Makeup Artist must cancel the booking, 100% of monies paid will be refunded to the client.
